It was a simple sign on an unassuming window with old tape still stuck to it where previous owners had put their signs. A simple sign with simple words to denote the odds and ends shop that it was: a little bit of everything displayed in haphazard fashion ~ or so it seemed to the passer-by. But to the customer, the hard-core search-a-holic, the person intent on finding that one item so long needed, but not yet found, this was a treasure trove of a place, full of intrigue and mystery, and odd smells. It was like the old hardware store of the fifties, where a person could find anything needed ~ yet not so orderly.
